Life Insurance Sales Consultants – £20,000 – £35,000
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to join a brand-new Insurance Broker in Huddersfield . The business will outsource hot leads consistently, with a telesales team making the initial cold call which is then passed to the Life Insurance Sales Consultant to close; The earning potential is generous and realistic.
Life Insurance Sales Consultants will work from our client’s modern, open planned offices in Huddersfield and benefit from a competitive basic salary of 20k – 35k and an average OTE of £50,000, which is uncapped. (Consultants on a higher basic will likely make around 60k OTE)
The role and requirements:
- Uncapped commission with an average OTE of £50,000
- Monday to Friday hours – no weekends!
- Working with only hot leads
- An energetic, supportive working environment
- Excellent earning potential and career prospects with a young and growing business
- Previous experience in a similar financial sales role is essential – Life insurance is preferable
- Seeking sales driven and money motivated people
- A customer focused approach is essential
